  • Amma Parenting Center: Ongoing¬†free drop-in breastfeeding Q&A times with a lactation consultant. You can weigh your baby, track weight gain, and get tips from other moms. more

  • Donate your extra breast milk to a nonprofit milk bank (our local deposit site is at North Memorial, which gives to the Mothers Milk Bank of Iowa)¬†more

New Fathers
There are several school districts that offer dads-only ECFE classes (Early Childhood and Family Education). We at Amma have tried several times to launch a dad’s class, but did not have enough enrollments to support a program. Try the Minneapolis district and the St Paul district for more information on Dads Classes.
