We offer two separate safety courses for caregivers of infants: Infant CPR and First Aid for Families. We strongly encourage everyone in your baby’s caregiving circle to take these important classes, including parents, grandparents, babysitters and nannies.
These courses are not certification courses, but the curricula follows those of the American Heart Association CPR and First Aid classes. Our instructors are AHA certified.
Learn how to respond in a respiratory or cardiac emergency. Hands-on chest compressions, breaths, and choking relief on mannequins will reinforce your learning and help you understand how to act in real life. You will practice on infant mannequins, and you’ll be shown choking relief procedures on a toddler mannequin as well.
Class participants will take home an American Heart Association instruction book.
Tuition: $70 per couple for the 2-hour class.
If you are registering as a 2-person couple, you may use our online registration software.
If your party includes multiple caregivers and family members, please call us directly at (952) 926-2229 and we will register your group. We offer individual registrations for $35.

Each pair of participants will receive a copy of “First Aid for Babies & Children Fast”, by the Johns Hopkins Children’s Center. The book is a 128-page, full color guide to first aid (a retail value of $15.00).
Tuition: $55 for two participants for the 2.5-hour class. Single registrations are not available for this class. Additional copies of the book may be purchased in our boutique.
We ask that families read our policies before registering for classes. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
In order for the class to learn effectively, we do not allow children to attend these classes. We do make exceptions for newborn infants who can sleep or hang out in their car seats during class.
